Delete your Sairo account

Start secure deletion in the Sairo web app. You do not need to install the mobile app.

    Open the secure web app and sign in with Telegram or your phone.

  2. 2

    Check that there is no active booking, unfinished payment or AI job.

  3. 3

    Review the consequences and confirm irreversible deletion.

What is deleted

We delete your profile, sign-in data, Telegram link, push tokens, favourites, reviews, chats, support requests, AI history/files, family profiles and saved payment methods.

What may be retained

Anonymised records of completed bookings, payments, refunds and security events may remain where needed for financial, contractual, anti-fraud or dispute obligations.
